|ACT.45|Asanuma has a very brief appearance in SailorStars. He tells Usagi he doesn't know Mamoru's apartment number in the United States, where Mamoru went to study, but he didn't get any contact, and asks Usagi if she had. Usagi replies that she hadn't got letters, only postcards by airmail, which is revealed later were sent by Seiya. Asanuma said he'd go and ask Mamoru's friends at the university the next day, and says that Mamoru isn't heartless, just busy studying. Usagi thanks him.
