Ruruna is a friend of Chibiusa's. She enjoys karaoke and Chanel products, and uses lots of slang. She, along with Naruru, often confuse Hotaru with all of the slang they use.
Ruruna is also a big fan of the Sailor Soldiers, and enjoys cosplaying (Short for costume play, it basically means to dress up) as them. In this short, Ruruna cosplays as Sailor Mercury.
In this story, Ruruna's favorite pawn shop (Hammer Price Shop) is being threatened by real estate agents who want to tear it down. While the real estate agents are threatening Makoto Hanmatsuura (the owner) some trucks crash into the side of a warehouse, releasing a ghost. Ruruna, along with Naruru, attempt to save the day as Supermodel Ruruna and Supermodel Naruru. They mostly show off though, and the costumes are so skimpy they give Makoto Hanmatsuura and the real estate agents nosebleeds.
Their costumes look like the Sailor Starlights' top, but instead of the enamel material, their top is made of cloth. Also, instead of the hot pants the Sailor Starlights wear, the bottom is a skirt with a bow like Super Sailor Moon's, except the skirt is plain white.
Ruruna and Naruru are about to get sucked into the warehouse thanks to the ghost, but Makoto Hanmatsuura, under the guise of Tubby Kamen, saves them.
