Chaos is the main villian of the entire series. Chaos, inside the Galaxy Cauldron, (The point of origin) informs us that the former villians called Queen Metallia (Classic Arc), Death Phantom (Black Moon Arc), Master Pharaoh 90 (Infinity Arc), Queen Nehellenia (Dream Arc), and Sailor Galaxia (SailorStars Arc) all came from him.
Chaos first appears as a being who looks a lot like Wiseman from the Black Moon Arc, who directed Sailor Galaxia towards Saggitarius Zero Star. Chaos soon reveals that Queen Metallia, Death Phantom, Master Pharaoh 90, Queen Nehellenia, and Sailor Galaxia came from Chaos itself.
Sailor Moon rushed at Chaos, and leapt into the Galaxy Cauldron. Soon a being called Guardian Cosmos informed Usagi that Chaos, Chaos Seed, and Guardian Chaos melted into the sea of the Galaxy Cauldron, though they may be born again.
