|ACT.44|Chibi Chibi first appears when she floats down from the sky on an umbrella. She is the first one to spy Princess Kakyuu, unconcious on the ground.
Later, Ikuko is looking at a cup with Chibiusa's name on it. Ikukuo wonders who Chibiusa is, when the doorbell rings. She stares out the door. "Chibi...Chibi..." Ikuko murmers. "Chibi chibi?" Chibi Chibi asks.
Usagi returns home to see a pair of shoes she's never seen before on the doormat. Ikuko welcomes Usagi back, Chibi Chibi by her side. Usagi asks who the girl is, and Ikuko asks "You haven't forgotton your sister, Chibi Chibi, have you?"
Later on, Chibi Chibi appears in Usagi's room with an incense burner. Usagi asks if Chibi Chibi snuck it out of her mother's room, but Usagi smells the scent of olives, and realizes that the burner wasn't her mother's.
All the Sailor Senshi are discussing Chibi Chibi. Ami suggests Chibiusa's little sister, Haruka says Usagi's second child, (Isn't that the same thing?) and Setsuna suggests Chibiusa's daughter. Minako asks if Chibi Chibi is the girl's name, and Chibi Chibi imitates Minako, irritating her. Ikuko puts Chibi Chibi to bed, and Minako suggests that Chibiusa sent Chibi Chibi back so Usagi and Ikuko wouldn't be lonely.
Usagi is getting ready for bed, when Chibi Chibi enters Usagi's room, holding an incense burner. Usagi asks Chibi Chibi is she took that from Ikuko's room, and Chibi Chibi and Usagi fall asleep together.

Usagi is feeling depressed because she felt she was forgetting something while calling Mamoru's apartment. Chibi Chibi comes in and comforts Usagi. Usagi asks if Chibi Chibi is comforting her.
The Three Lights, Seiya, Yaten, and Taiki, visit Usagi in her room. Chibi Chibi is kneeling at Usagi's bedside. Ikuko offers Chibi Chibi a snack, and Chibi Chibi happily accepts. Seiya stares after her.
A while later, Chibi Chibi is playing with Hotaru in the sand. Suddenly Hotaru stands up and dissapears. Chibi Chibi stares at her.
Chibi Chibi is sleeping by an incense burner when the Three Lights demand that Chibi Chibi gives them the incense burner. Chibi Chibi deftly refuses. Suddenly a beautiful woman, Princess Kakyuu, comes out of the incense burner and assures Chibi Chibi that it's okay, because the Three Lights are her friends.

Princess Kakyuu turns to Chibi Chibi and comments she felt the power of the stars. Princess Kakyuu asks if Chibi Chibi too is a Sailor Soldier, and Chibi Chibi nods and calls out with "Chibi Chibi Crystal Power, Make Up!"
Usagi is walking home when Chibi Chibi sees some swings and runs to them. Usagi asks Chibi Chibi who she is, to which Chibi Chibi replies "I'm me." Usagi thinks for a moment, then yells at Chibi Chibi to answer the question properly. A Sailor Crystal drops to the ground, and Usagi picks it up, and hands it to a woman in a thin white dress. This woman is Sailor Galaxia.

Usagi sees the city being ripped to shreds as Sailor Galaxia attacks her. Chibi Chibi graps onto Usagi and glares at Sailor Galaxia. Sailor Galaxia gasps and dissapears.
Usagi is being dragged down into the Galaxy Cauldron, the point of origin, in a dream when Chibi Chibi wakes her up. Usagi thanks Chibi Chibi for saving her, and wonders why she can trust Chibi Chibi so much.
The Three Lights and Princess Kakyuu are ready to go to Saggitarius Zero Star, and are talking about how Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto went to their castles. Chibi Chibi yells that Hotaru went to her castle too. Yaten calls Chibi Chibi "Chibi Coro", and Chibi Chibi yells out her proper name.
|ACT.48|
Sailor Moon, the Sailor Starlights, and Chibi Chibi make it past Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne. Everyone is trapped in an illusion and begin to lose their memories until Sailor Moon breaks through the manipulation and saves everyone.
Soon after Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne are destroyed Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi point their sceptres at Sailor Moon and Princess Kakyuu. Chibi Chibi jumps in front of Usagi to protect her, and blocks the attack. Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi dissapear with Lethe, Mnemosyne, and the Sailor Starlight's Sailor Crystals.
|ACT.49|
The Sailor Quartet save Sailor Moon, Princess Kakyuu, and Sailor Chibi Moon from Sailor Heavymetal Papillon. Sailor Chibi Moon asks who transported her and the Sailor Quartet to Sailor Moon from Earth. Usagi introduces Chibi Chibi, and asks if she puts a moon after her name, and Chibi Chibi looks puzzled. Usagi suggests Chibi Chibi is Chibiusa's sister, causing Chibiusa to freak out. Sailor Vesta says that the Queen only has one child, so then Usagi suggets Chibiusa's child, which causes Chibiusa to freak out more. Chibiusa soon realizes that Chibi Chibi is not her child.
Soon after Sailor Kakyuu is destroyed, Usagi sees her friends who she thought dead in front of her.
|ACT.50|
Usagi is happy, but Chibi Chibi realizes that her friends came back under Shadow Galactica's power. Chibiusa goes to help Sailor Moon, but Chibi Chibi gives Chibiusa visions of everyone dying. Sailor Saturn attacks and Sailor Chibi Chibi blocks it. However, soon, Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn strike Sailor Chibi Chibi with their attacks.
Chibiusa goes to help Sailor Moon, but Chibi Chibi holds her back, saying that this battle was Sailor Moon's fight and the galaxy depended on it.
|ACT.51|
Chibiusa realizes that Chibi Chibi knew this battle when Chibi Chibi protected Usagi from Sailor Galaxia, and Chibiusa realzied that if Chibi Chibi was her sister or daughter, then their future still existed.
Sailor Galaxia soon killed Mamoru, causing Chibiusa to dissapear. Sailor Galaxia attacked Sailor Moon, and Chibi Chibi blocked that again. Sailor Galaxia realized the immense power Chibi Chibi had.
Sailor Galaxia says that if all the Sailor Soldiers die, the war would end, and Chibi Chibi says this isn't so. Chibi Chibi tells Sailor Moon that the only way to end the war was to destroy Chaos, and to do that she had to destroy the Galaxy Cauldron. Usagi was reluctant, but Chibi Chibi told Sailor Moon if she didn't, war and suffering would continue forever and Sailor Moon would regret it, and there was no alternative.
Usagi tells Chibi Chibi that she wouldn't give up, so Chibi Chibi shouldn't either. Chibi Chibi reluctantly agrees. Light shines around her as she transforms into Sailor Cosmos.
