|ACT.51|Chibi Chibi glows and transforms into Sailor Cosmos, and touches Usagi's hand. Usagi realizes they won't loose, because they are Sailor Soldiers.

There is a flood of light and Sailor Pallas asks what it is. A beautiful woman says that it's Sailor Crystals from throughout the galaxy returning to their original forms. The girl also says that the power of rebirth is all the Sailor Crystals as one, and it's the Cosmos Crystal's ultimate Lambda power. The Sailor Quartet ask who this is, and she replies that she is Sailor Cosmos. Sailor Ceres is shocked, and comments that this is the future most ultimate form of Sailor Moon.
Sailor Cosmos says that she was only a coward, and could never match Eternal Sailor Moon's final show of courage and power. The Sailor Quartet is worried that Sailor Moon is dead, but Sailor Cosmos says that in the flow of lights, she will arrive in the 30th century. Sailor Cosmos then says that Chaos wasn't completely eliminated.
Sailor Cosmos proceeds to explain that she came from the far future, where she lost the war to Sailor Chaos. With her way of fighting, she didn't stand a chance. Even if she defeated Chaos, the price payed would be too great. Sailor Cosmos then says, "When I'm lost, when I'm hurt, I remember. The war here. Back then at the Cauldron. If I had eliminated it, would the pain, would the war have ended? After regretting it so many times, I came here. To make it right this time." This indicates that she came to this time from the future.
Sailor Cosmos tells the Sailor Quartet she stayed by Sailor Moon's side to support Usagi and help her to make what Sailor Cosmos herself belived the be the right choice. After being with Sailor Moon, she knew the path she had chosen wasn't the wrong one. Becuase the Galaxy Cauldron exists, they can continue living.
Sailor Cosmos then decides she won't run anymore, and was blessed by Sailor Moon with the courage to stand alone. Sailor Cosmos declares Eternal Sailor Moon as the true Sailor Cosmos, and when she could stand alone, she could become the true Sailor Cosmos. Sailor Cosmos then whisks the Sailor Quartet back to their time. The last we see of Sailor Cosmos is her standing by herself, alone.
