Why is Chibi Chibi so short but Sailor Cosmos is so tall?
The reason Chibi Chibi is so short yet Sailor Cosmos is so tall is because Chibi Chibi was a disguise for Sailor Cosmos. A cute little child would be less of a suspect than a grown adult as far as being who she truely was goes. In the anime, since Chibi Chibi was Sailor Galaxia's star seed, she didn't need to be tall, I suppose. This is really a tough question to answer, my answers are merely speculation that I think would be reasonable, nothing Naoko Takeuchi or any of the animators actually said themselves.

Is Sailor Cosmos's name Tsukino Usagi?
If Sailor Cosmos in her very, very far past was reborn from Princess Serenity as a girl named Tsukino Usagi, then yes, that would be her name. However, no information was given by Naoko Takeuchi as far as her civilian name goes, so this is merely speculation.

Which century is Sailor Cosmos from?
Hoo boy. Well considering Usagi is from the 21st century and Neo Queen Serenity is from the 31st century and Sailor Cosmos says she comes from the far future, I'm guessing she's WAY in the future. My guesses would be the 60th or 70th century, but which century she's from is never given by Naoko Takeuchi, so we can only guess.

Is Chibi Chibi Rini's daughter, or what?
Unlike some misinformed sites put it, ChibiChibi is not Rini / Chibiusa's daughter. Though Mixx was going to call her "RiRi" at first which may have led to the misconceptions, she is NOT Chibiusa's daughter. Chibi Chibi is a "disguise" (Shee "Why is Chibi Chibi so short?" question) and Sailor Cosmos is the future most ultimate form of Sailor Moon. While the Sailor Senshi, and later Sailor Quartet wonder if she's Chibiusa's daughter, there's proof she's not. So I guess you could say Chibi Chibi is Sailor Moon in a manner of speaking (In her true form she's the future form of Sailor Moon), and I'm not a doctor or anything, but I don't think you can give birth to your own mother.

Is Sailor Cosmos Chibi Chibi? Or is Sailor Cosmos a form of Sailor Moon?
Well, both pretty much. Sailor Cosmos and Chibi Chibi are most definantly the same person, since Chibi Chibi transforms into Sailor Cosmos right before our eyes in Act 51. Sailor Cosmos also implies that she is a form of Sailor Moon. She tells us she is Usagi in Act 52 when it shows a picture of Usagi hugging Chibi Chibi and Sailor Cosmos says "The me of here too, was all alone. Always suffering." Also, we are told Sailor Cosmos is a form of Sailor Moon when Sailor Ceres says "Are you...are you the future...the future Sailor Moon's ultimate form?!" So technically, both statements are correct. Sailor Cosmos's disguise was Chibi Chibi, and she is a form of Sailor Moon.

Why does Sailor Cosmos hide herself in episode 200? It only shows her shadow.
That isn't really Sailor Cosmos, though they look an awful lot alike. That is "Kibou no Hikari", or The Light of Hope. The shadowing was probably put there for the typical Anime "mysterious" effect.

I'm really confused. Is Sailor Cosmos Sailor Moon from the future or is she a totally different scout?
Sailor Cosmos is Sailor Moon from the future. You know how normal Sailor Moon and Eternal Sailor Moon are the same person, but with a different uniform? Same deal with Sailor Cosmos.

Are Guardian Cosmos and Sailor Cosmos the same person?
No, they are not. Guardian Cosmos is the being who is inside the Galaxy Cauldron and is the holy guardian spirit of the "Cosmos Seed". Sailor Cosmos is an actual Sailor Soldier.
