This was an episode in the SuperS season. The Japanese episode number was 158, and title was "Pegasus no Himitsu! Yume Sekai wo Mamoru Bishounen" ("The Secret of Pegasus! The Handsome Protector Of the Dream World"). The English number was 151 and was called "Pegasus Revealed".

Well, you might be able to order it at your local book store, but since it's out of print it might be hard to get. You can try at your local library if you just want to read it. If you want to purchase it however, Amazon.com and Ebay are always options.
Where can I buy PGSM DVDs that are in English subtitles?
I'm pretty sure you can't buy official DVDs, but I'm sure you can buy fan DVDs somewhere online, though I don't know where. You could also make your own if you have a DVD burner by downloading the files and burning them on a disc ^^
Do Taiki and Yaten have love interests among the inner sailors?
In the manga, no, Taiki and Yaten do not have love interests. They are really only interested in finding and then protecting Princess Kakyuu.
