|ACT.43|Sailor Galaxia first appears wearing a thin, white dress watching Usagi and Mamoru. She stares at the earth, and comments on the brilliance of the Ginzishou and Golden Crystal, and says how that brilliance would be hers. Later when Usagi is seeing Mamoru off at the airport, Sailor Galaxia blasts Mamoru from behind and takes his Golden Crystal. When she disappears, Usagi faints.

Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi present themselves to Sailor Galaxia and apologize for Sailor Aluminum Siren and Sailor Iron Mouse's faliures. Sailor Galaxia congratulates the two for obtaining Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter's Sailor Crystals. She also comments how everyone clings to their Star Seeds and how only the Sailor Crystals have value.
Soon, Sailor Lead Crow successfully takes Phobos and Deimos's Star Seeds, and Sailor Moon destroys Sailor Lead Crow. Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus start to run towards Sailor Moon, but Sailor Galaxia blasts them from behind and steals their Sailor Crystals.
Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto travel to their castles for the purpose of looking up their new enemy. We don't see this happen until later, but Sailor Galaxia takes their Sailor Crystals along with Hotaru's, who was transported there.

When Chibi Chibi was on some swings, and started playing on them. Sailor Galaxia dropped a Sailor Crystal, and Usagi picked it up and handed it to her. Sailor Galaxia thanked Usagi, and commented that Usagi had so many friends and wondered if her Sailor Crystal drew Usagi's friends to her. She then blew a strong wind at Usagi. Usagi can barely believe that this is Sailor Galaxia.

Buildings are being ripped apart, and Usagi thinks that it's too late. She cries out for Sailor Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto's strength, but then sees a vision of them being torn apart. Usagi can't believe this either. Usagi promises to get everyone's Sailor Crystals back, and Galaxia asks if this is so. She also asked if the future Usagi knew was really the future that would come. Chibi Chibi glares at Sailor Galaxia, causing Sailor Galaxia to gasp and dissapear.
Galaxia was sipping a drink in a crowded bar, and Sailor Galaxia asked where stars were born. A man jumps up, yelling that if he can find this place, he could rule space. She calls him trash and leaves. She thinks to herself that every planet she encounters is trash, and she was chosen by God, Sailor Galaxia wanted a shining star suited to herself. A cloaked figure with a crystal ball tells her where the place is, Zero Saggitarius Star at the center of the galaxy. The figure said to come to him, and he would tell them everything.
Sailor Galaxia woke with a start, thinking of how that was a dream of long ago, when she was searching for a place to live. She thought for a moment, and told Sailor Moon to come quickly, for her tiny planet was not suited for their battle ground, or even Sailor Moon herself. Sailor Tin Nyanko presented herself with Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi, Tin Nyanko begging for another chance. Sailor Galaxia told Tin Nyanko that trash like her could not become a star and broke off Tin Nyanko's bracelets, killing her.

Sailor Galaxia learns Sailor Moon made it to Galactica Palace, and soon Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi appear before her. They apologize for Lethe and Mnemosyne's faliures. Sailor Galaxia comments that with her destructive Sapphire Crystal and Sailor Moon's Ginzishou, she would be undefeatable. Chi and Phi dissapear, and Sailor Galaxia walks to Chaos, and tells Chaos that the time they waited for would arrive.

After Sailor Moon battles the hollow puppet cersions of the Sailor Team, she runs into Galactica Palace and confronts Sailor Galaxia. Sailor Galaxia asks if her radiant power is hate, and Sailor Moon replies that it's not and she believes in her future. Sailor Galaxia is doubtful, and summons Tuxedo Kamen, who kisses Sailor Galaxia first on the lips, then on her brooch, then the floor around her. Sailor Galaxia kicks him, and says that everything belonged to her, and Sailor Moon and Sailor Galaxia start to fight.

Sailor Galaxia pins Sailor Moon down, and tells Sailor Moon that she [Sailor Galaxia] was born on a horrible trash planet, and her life was terrible. One day, she awakened as a Sailor Senshi and that she wanted ultimate power. Sailor Moon says that Sailor Senshi are supposed to protect peace and justice, and Sailor Galaxia says that gathering is groups is evidence of trash, and the only thing anyone could believe in was their own power.
Sailor Galaxia scoffed at the idea of love, peace, and the future for a bit more, Tuxedo Kamen standing at her side. Sailor Galaxia dissapears, and thinks that Sailor Moon has the ultimate power, and that she needed to steal it to defeat Chaos and rule the entire galaxy. Sailor Moon meets up with Sailor Galaxia, who stops at a cliff, something behind her.
Sailor Galaxia tells Sailor Moon that this is the holiest place in the universe, the Galaxy Cauldron, and everything was born from here. Sailor Galaxia then tells Sailor Moon that this is the place where the final Sailor Senshi would be chosen. Sailor Galaxia then drops some Sailor Crystals into the Galaxy Cauldron and comments how nothing is left of the Sailor Crystals and how wonderful it felt.
Sailor Galaxia continues egging on Sailor Moon to fight her, and throws Tuxedo Kamen into the Galaxy Cauldron, destroying him. Sailor Galaxia asks Sailor Moon if she's awakened her true power yet, and she too would become a victim of Chaos, and both she and Chaos would be blown away. Sailor Galaxia then yells to Chaos that she would give Sailor Moon at her ultimate power and she would then rule the galaxy.
A blast from the Galaxy Cauldron then knocked Sailor Galaxia off the cliff and rendering her unconcious. Sailor Moon quickly grabs Sailor Galaxia and pulls her back up. Galaxia arouses and asks Sailor Moon why she saved her. Sailor Galaxia yelled to kill her, and that she couldn't win over Chaos, and this was not her star either.
Sailor Moon said she saved Sailor Galaxia because she didn't want to lose any more friends. Sailor Galaxia cried out that she was Sailor Moon's enemy. Galaxia said that she and Sailor Moon couldn't fight, and if the last Sailor Soldier died, would the war end?
After Chibi Chibi yelled to destroy the Cauldron and Sailor Moon screamed she couldn't because then no more stars would be born and the galaxy's future would dissapear, Sailor Galaxia said that somewhere a new Cauldron would be born, and light and darkness would be born again, and the war wouldn't end so easily. She told Sailor Moon that is was amazing how the words "A new future" were still inside her.
Sailor Galaxia was amazed that Sailor Moon believed in the future, and that Sailor Moon was the soldier that drew in everything. Sailor Galaxia said she had finally found her planet. She reached out towards Sailor Moon, but the bracelets on her wrists started to crack. She moaned that the light was too radiant and her arms wouldn't reach. Her final words were that Sailor Moon would shine in the universe eternally, and her bracelets shattered, leaving behind only her golden brooch.
