Guardian Cosmos was the very last new character introduced into the Sailormoon series. She is very small, the size of a Sailor Power Guardian, Phobos, or Deimos. She introduces herself as the holy guardian spirit of the Cosmos Seed.
Guardian Cosmos asked Usagi if she wanted to create a new star's history, or stay as she was, and Usagi chose to stay as she was. "We want to make our future like this. However hard it may be, we want to live these lives!"
Guardian Cosmos sent Usagi off in a blast of light. Usagi asks about Chaos as she is leaving. Guardian Cosmos tells her that the core of Chaos, the Chaos seed, and Guardian Chaos melted into the cauldron. They might be born again someday, but were currently too small to be found. She finished by telling Usagi the Galaxy Cauldron was the place where hopes and possibilities were born.
