|ACT.43|Ikuko waves as Hotaru and Chibiusa depart for school.

In SailorStars, much the same scenario happens to Ikuko as with Chibiusa. Ikuko looks at a cup with Chibiusa's name, wondering who it was. Chibi Chibi appears before her. Usagi gets home, and notices Chibi Chibi. She screams out, asking who that is. Ikuko asks Usagi if she forgot her sister, Chibi Chibi.

Ikuko greet Seiya, Yaten, and Taiki into the Tsukino household. She then asks Chibi Chibi if she wants snacks, and Chibi Chibi happily replies yes.
|ACT.47|
Ikuko last appears, greeting Usagi when she woke up early. Usagi asks Ikuko if she can take care of Artemis and Diana. Usagi runs out the door, and Kenji noticing Ikuko staring after Usagi. He asks what's wrong, and Ikuko comments that it felt like Usagi wasn't returning.
