|ACT.47|Sailor Lethe first appeared in a picture where she was holding Sailor Mnemosyne's hand, Sailor Mnemosyne being her partner. Lethe stated that a light was coming towards them. Mnemosyne was scared, but Lethe promised to protect her and said they wouldn't take one step away from their post.

Princess Kakyuu came to Sailor Lethe's post, and Lethe introduced herself, and told the Sailor Starlights, Princess Kakyuu, Sailor Moon, and Chibi Chibi to hop aboard the ferry boat Lethe managed.
The boat sank underwater, and Usagi was next seen in her school uniform, looking a little oblivious.
Luna, Artemis, and Diana were at Usagi's feet. Sailor Lethe asked if those were her cats, and Usagi seemed like she wasn't sure. Sailor Lethe picked them up, and said that if she cared for cats, when they died she'd be lonely, and said it was much better to be alone.
Usagi disagreed, and said that was why she made friends. Lethe asked about her friends, and Usagi couldn't remember. Sailor Lethe pointed to her engagement ring, and asked if she had a lover. Usagi wasn't at all sure, and couldn't remember anything. Lethe told Usagi that memories had no value, and said that power was the only thing that mattered. Sailor Lethe then blasted the cats.
Usagi asked how she could kill them so easily, and Lethe told Usagi that those with life were born to die. She then attacked her. Usagi asked why Lethe was trying to kill her, and Lethe said that it was because Usagi came to that place to lose everything.
Usagi then started to remember why she came to the place, and Lethe told her that under that river, she could not be defeated. She then reaced her arm with the bracelt and told her goodbye. Mnemosyne pushed away Lethe. Mnemosyne said to let Sailor Galaxia make the final judgement.
Lethe was extremely surprised when Sailor Moon regained her memories under her river. Mnemosyne said to stop, and Lethe asked if Mnemosyne was betraying her.
Sailor Lethe told Usagi that the Sailor Crystals were not in the place, and introduced herself as the guardian of the river of oblivion. Lethe also told Usagi, who had transformed into Sailor Moon, that she wouldn't let Sailor Moon live.
Mnemosyne tried to stop her again, but Lethe reminded Mnemosyne that they decided to follow Sailor Galaxia to achieve their own happines. Their planets wwere small and poor, and when Sailor Galaxia appeared, their planets found peace through death, and they had no choice but to follow her.
Princess Kakyuu tried to protest, but Sailor Lethe asked if there was a peaceful and happy future with Sailor Moon. Lethe told Sailor Moon that her power caused war, and as long as she was alive, there would only be destruction. All Lethe wanted was to be happy with Sailor Mnemosyne.
Sailor Moon told Sailor Lethe and Mnemosyne to kill her if it would end the war. Sailor Lethe and Mnemosyne then let Sailor Moon pass, and Lethe realized that even if Sailor Moon did die, the war still would not end.
Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi then appeared, and broke off their bracelets. The two touch each other's hands one last time before they die.
