|ACT.47|Sailor Mnemosyne first appeared with Sailor Lethe, her partner. Lethe was saying that a light was coming towards them. Mnemosyne was scared, but Lethe promised to protect her and said they wouldn't take one step away from their post.

Sailor Mnemosyne first appears when she tries to stop Sailor Lethe from killing Sailor Moon, who was hurt and barely able to get up. Sailor Mnemosyne insisted that Lethe not kill Sailor Moon, and to let the final judgement on whether Sailor Moon lives or dies be made by Sailor Galaxia.
Sailor Moon gains back her memories, and Mnemosyne pleads with Lethe to stop all the violence. Lethe asked if Mnemosyne was betraying her, and Mnemosyne replied that she didn't want Lethe hurt by a Sailor Soldier, since they were also Sailor Soldiers.
Princess Kakyuu started to wake up, and Mnemosyne scooped up some water with her hand and put it to Princess Kakyuu's mouth. She told Princess Kakyuu to drink the water of the river of Memory. Princess Kakyuu then recovered.
Sailor Mnemosyne introduces herself as the guardian of the river of Memory from the planet Mnemosyne. Lethe tried to kill Sailor Moon again, and Mnemosyne tried to stop her. Lethe told Mnemosyne that if she didn't want to see, Mnemosyne should close her eyes.
Lethe was starting to get angry and asked Sailor Moon if a happy future rested with her, and Sailor Moon told Lethe to kill her if it would end the wars. Mnemosyne, from this, decided to let Sailor Moon pass them. Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi appeared and broke off Lethe and Mnemosyne's bracelets, killing them.
