|ACT.45|Neo Queen Serenity is with King Endymion, welcoming Small Lady Serenity (Chibiusa) home to Crystal Tokyo. However, the weather is acting weird, and Small Lady goes to Sailor Pluto to see if anything is wrong, where she finds Neo Queen Serenity talking with Pluto, who found a time flux and something that may change the past. Small Lady, of course, overhears this.
Small Lady says that she wants to go back, but Neo Queen Serenity informs her that her training is over, and all the time keys had been returned to Sailor Pluto.

Small Lady runs up to Neo Queen Serenitiy, frantically telling her that she hadn't seen Diana for days. Neo Queen Serenity tells Small Lady that she had Diana go to the past to investigate the time flux. Small Lady demands to know what's going on, but Neo Queen Serenity won't tell her a thing. Small Lady yells that she is going to go to the past, and Neo Queen Serenity tells her that it's too dangerous. Small Lady says that she has to go and transforms into Sailor Chibi Moon. The Sailor Quartet (Ceres, Pallas, Juno, and Vesta) appear to guard her, and Neo Queen Serenity gives Sailor Chibi Moon a time key and tells her to travel to the end of the universe.
