Otakura was a ghost who resided in the Hammer Price Shop's warehouse. Her rest was disturbed when a truck crashed into the side of the warehouse.

She was set free and posessed Hotaru. Otakura then proceeded to, after an interruption from Supermodel Ruruna and Supermodel Naruru, trap everyone in the warehouse.

Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon foiled her plans by using "Starlight Honeymoon Double Therapy Kiss" on Otakura, freeing Hotaru.
