These two, for some reason, have the goal of tearing down Hammer Price Shop owned by Makoto Hanmatsuura. They first appeared when they kicked Makoto Hanmatsuura outside his shop, Hammer Price Shop. They demanded payment for the property, or they would move it.
At the very end while the two are laying on the ground unconcious due to the ghost Otakura, Naruru and Ruruna pick up the contract the agents were threatening Makoto with and rip it in half, thus saving Hammer Price Shop.
