Sailor Chaos is never given any real limelight, only a simple mention to her name. She was shown once in Act 52 when Sailor Cosmos was talking. Sailor Cosmos explained that Sailor Chaos was extremely powerful, and the way that she fought, she didn't stand a chance of winning.
In the Materials Collection, Naoko says (about Sailor Galaxia) that if her bracelets are taken off, she will become Sailor Chaos. We are given very little information about this character. Sailor Chaos is, more or less, a "living" enigma.
