The story of Sailor Moon is based on a girl named Tsukino Usagi. (Last name first) Usagi is late to school one day and trips over a cat. Later, the cat visits her and allows her to transform into Sailor Moon, defender of love and justice. As the acts, or chapters, progress we meet the rest of Sailor Moon's team and a mysterious masked man. Sailor Moon's team is Sailor Mercury (Mizuno Ami), Sailor Mars (Hino Rei), Sailor Jupiter (Kino Makoto), and Sailor Venus. (Aino Minako) The masked man is named Tuxedo Kamen (Chiba Mamoru). Tuxedo Kamen translates to Tuxedo Mask.

After Usagi's whole team is found, Tuxedo Kamen is killed by their enemy, the Dark Kingdom. Usagi goes to the moon and learns of her past as Princess Serenity of the moon from Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity's mother. They learn that Tuxedo Kamen was Prince Endymion of Earth in his past life. A love between the Earth and Moon were forbidden, but Serenity and Endymion still fell in love. Queen Beryl, who worked for the Dark Kingdom, tried attacking Princess Serenity but Prince Endymion jumped in front of Princess Serenity. The attack killed him. In her sorrow, Princess Serenity commited suicide.

Queen Serenity was heartbroken. She sealed the Dark Kingdom away and sent Princess Serenity, Prince Endymion, and the Sailor Team (Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus) to the future. After learning this, the Sailor Team went back to earth. Soon after this Venus killed Queen Beryl. In the final battle, Sailor Moon killed Queen Metallia, the true leader of the Dark Kingdom.

The story soon moves to the Black Moon arc. Usagi was enjoying the peace when suddenly a small girl with pink hair done in cones and red eyes fell on top of Usagi while she and Mamoru were kissing. This girl's name was also Usagi (Though her nickname is Chibiusa), and it's revealed that she is Usagi and Mamoru's daughter from the future. The Sailor Senshi face the Black Moon Family. Going between the past and future, the Sailor Team meet a new Sailor Senshi (Soldier). Sailor Pluto (Meioh Setsuna) is the guardian of the Time Gates which allow time travel. Eventaully the main villian, Death Phantom is defeated, and since the battle was in the future 30th Century, Usagi, Mamoru, and the Sailor Team return to the past. (Our present time)

The storyline proceedes to the Infinity arc. Chibiusa comes back from the future to train with Usagi as Sailor Chibi Moon. Three new Sailor Senshi are also introduced. Sailor Uranus (Tenoh Haruka), Sailor Neptune (Kaioh Michiru), and Sailor Saturn (Tomoe Hotaru). Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto's mission is to kill Sailor Saturn. This is because if Sailor Saturn is awakened, the Earth will be destroyed.

Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon gain a new transformation, Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon. Sailor Moon rams into Master Pharaoh 90, the main villian and leader of the Death Busters, to bring peace. Sailor Saturn also aids in this, and kills herself using her ultimate attack to destory Pharaoh 90 and send him back to his mother galaxy, the Tau Nebula. At the end, Sailor Saturn is reborn as a baby whom Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto promise to take care of.

In the next arc, the Dream arc, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn are not present until about halfway through the story. Instead, each of the Sailor Senshi power up to a new power level and try and defeat their new enemy, the Dead Moon Circus. Sailor Moon's team power up through their "Sailor Power Guardians" who are like miniature sprite versions of the Sailor Soldiers with the exepction of Venus and Mars. Venus's guardian cat, Artemis, allows Minako to power up. Mars's crows, Phobos and Deimos, power her up. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto power up when Sailor Saturn gives them their power-up abilities. At the end, Usagi powers up into Eternal Sailor Moon, and the once enemies Amazoness Quartet prove to be Sailor Senshi. They are Sailor Ceres, Sailor Pallas, Sailor Juno, and Sailor Vesta.

The arc that this site revolves around is the SailorStars arc. Here, we are introduced to many new Sailor Senshi. The ones that fight for justice are Sailor Star Fighter (Seiya Kou), Sailor Star Maker (Taiki Kou), Sailor Star Healer (Yaten Kou), Sailor Kakyuu (Princess Kakyuu), and Sailor Chibi Chibi / Sailor Cosmos (Chibi Chibi). Here, the "souls" of Sailor Senshi, Sailor Crystals, are collected by Sailor Galaxia. After each Sailor Soldier including Tuxedo Kamen is killed, Sailor Moon makes it to Shadow Galactica, the home of Sailor Galaxia (the person who was leading the Sailor Crystal theft operation) and battles her.

Sailor Galaxia soon dies, leaving Usagi to fight her most powerful enemy, Chaos. When Usagi leaps into the Galaxy Cauldron, the point of origin, she meets up with her friends whom she thought dead, and comes across a being named Guardian Cosmos. Guardian Cosmos offers to let Usagi live as she is, or start a new star's history. Usagi chooses to live as she is, and Guardian Cosmos blasts Usagi out of the Cauldron, and she and Mamoru are married.
