|ACT.47|Sailor Galaxia was sipping a drink in a bar located on another planet. Sailor Galaxia asks if anyone knew the place where stars were born, and proceeds to describe what comes from that place, the strong stars, weak stars, and their light and power.
UP Man stands up and asks where this is. He then says that if he could find it, he could rule stars freely, and if he could do that, he could rule space. Galaxia puts down her drink and tells him that trash will be trash until it dies.
