|ACT.43|Before Chibiusa goes back to the 30th century, the Sailor Quartet in a memory she has as she comments how she wants to tell her mother everything.
|ACT.48|
After deciding that she must return to the past to help Sailor Moon, Chibiusa transforms into Sailor Chibi Moon and calls upon the Sailor Quartet for assistance. The Sailor Quartet appear and travel with Sailor Chibi Moon back to the 21st Century.
|ACT.49|
Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Chibi, and Princess Kakyuu happen upon Sailor Heavymetal Papillon. Sailor Heavymetal Papillon proceeds to attack the trio. Sailor Chibi Moon and the Sailor Quartet appear and stop the attack, then the Sailor Quartet kill Sailor Heavymetal Papillon.
The Sailor Chibi Moon and the Sailor Quartet then converse with Sailor Moon and her companions. Sailor Ceres notices Sailor Chibi Chibi and comments on her. Sailor Moon then comments how Sailor Chibi Chibi might be Sailor Chibi Moon's sister. Sailor Chibi Moon is shocked by the idea, and Sailor Vesta muses how she thought the Queen had only one child.
After their pleasantries, the group goes on and find Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi. The Quartet tries to help, but their efforts are in vain.

The group moves on to find the Sailor Soldiers brought back by Sailor Galaxia's power. Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury attack the Sailor Quartet and knock them out.
|ACT.52|
Sailor Moon dives into the Galaxy Cauldron and calls out for power as she does so. The Sailor Quartet awaken and rush to the Galaxy Cauldron, where they lend their power to Sailor Moon.
The Sailor Quartet soon thereafter meet Sailor Cosmos, who begins to speak of the Cosmos Crystal and Lambda Power. After Sailor Vesta questions the meaning of this, Sailor Cosmos introduces herself and explains herself. When she is finished, she sends the Sailor Quartet back to Crystal Tokyo.
