Learn Sailor Moon's moves when she does her "Love and Justice" speech from the anime! Note that these instructions might be a little hard to follow (Giving them was never my strong point), so I have visuals to help you. I also do not specify "Left arm" or "Right arm" because it can be done either way, and some people find different arms easier to use. Personally I like to thrust my right hand in the air, and screenshots show that Sailor Moon uses her left (Viewer's right).


Stand with your feet perpendicular to your shoulders, like Sailor Moon is demonstrating in the screenshot here for the pre-speech pose.


Thrust one hand up in the air.


Have the tips of your middle and ring finger on both hands touch your palm or as close as you can get, like so. Your fingers will be like this for the rest of the moves.


Bring the arm you put in the air in step one down to the elbow of your other arm.


Slide your arm from your elbow to your shoulder. The arm that wasn't in the air should be straight upwards, tilting a little bit to the side.


Put bend the elbow of the arm that was up in the air during step 4 at the elbow and have it touch your side, and stick your other arm straight out.


Bend so the arm that was in the air during step on is pointing downwards at the feet on the opposite side of your body the hand is on. Have your other arm stick straight out behind you. (The side you're not facing)


Swing back to the front, and move both arms to the opposite side of when you were facing your feet. The elbows should be parallel to each other, and I would say about a foot or so of distance between them.


Rest the wrist of the arm that IS NOT crossing your face in the crook of the elbow that is crossing your face.

With plenty of practice you can do it!

If you're wondering why I learned this, I was doing the Sailor Moon S movie for a book / movie comparison in 6th grade. To spice up the presentation a bit, I talked in Usagi's point of view and learned her moves as Sailor Moon by watching repeated clips of original episode 93.
