If you would like to send me fanfiction, a wallpaper, or fanart, send it to my email, clarinet_bandgeek@sailorcosmos.org
GENERAL
You will get as much credit as you'd like. You can go anywhere from submitting your name as "Anonymous" to sending me your name, email, and site URL.
Plagerism will not be accepted. If I find that a work sent in was plagerised, I will never accept any work from that person again, as well as giving the real owner credit / deleting it (if they want).
If you want to send in something that was made by more than one person, it will be accepted. Just remember to include EVERYONE in the making of your work when you send it to me.
FANART / WALLPAPERS
Please decrease your art to a reasonable size, it makes putting up your art all the faster.
I will accept ecchi works, but I will not accept any hentai works. Hentai does not mean nudity. You know the tasteful Sailor Moon nudity we get, like episode 200? Tasteful nudity like that is fine, but pornographic works will not be accepted.
Don't use abuse towards characters for "humor". There's nothing you and I will love more than getting flames from extra-devoted fans. Of course the characters yelling at each other and calling names is fine, but no distasteful physical pain in an attempt for humor will be accepted.
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon / SeraMyu / Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon fanart only. Please no crossovers, and please no otaku senshi.
You may not use my site to direct link to your own files. If I see you doing this, the image being direct linked will be taken off my server.
Please only send your art as email attachments, and only as .gif. .bmp or .jpg images.
For computer art, this means either hand-drawn on paint or a similar program. Nothing from coloring books will be accepted unless it's REALLY good. I will also accept recolored images, but only if they are really, truely good. This DOES NOT mean sending in a random picture you found off the internet.
RANTS
Give a valid reason for your rant, not just "I hate original sites because..." or "Dub sites rock because the Japanese talk funny..." (I hate it when people *cough*SOS*cough* say that).
Most programs have a spellchecker. Use yours.
Don't make it too short. I don't have a length requirement, but I suppose when you get tired of reading it for grammar errors is a good time to stop.

Give me the following information when sending in your fanfic:
Name
Story title
A description if you don't want me to make one.
Your email if it differs from the one you sent the fanfic with.
SAILOR COSMOS THEORIES
Don't make your prediction too similar to anybody else's
Please TRY and use good grammar...
I use the same form for the Sailor Cosmos Theories and Crazy Cosmos Theories. Thus, I have no distinction and I decide where each theory will go. If you're REALLY TRUELY mad that I placed your prediction in the wrong category just let me know, but I basically am the one who decides what goes where.
