I'm Cele and I'm your webmisstress here at Sailorcosmos.org! My birthday is December 07, 1990 and my hometown is a suburb of Chicago. I am currently attending Iowa State University for a major in Computer Software Engineering, and have plans to minor in Mandarin Chinese.
I absolutely adore computers. On August 03, 2009 (Mamoru's birthday!) I got CompTIA A+ Technician Certified. I do lots of work on the computer I built, whom I named Celia. While she's not absolutely high-end, she's still fast enough to do what I want her to do. She runs Windows XP Professional on a 2.66 ghz Intel Duo Core processor with 4 gigs of ram and an NVIDA GeForce 8500. (That probably meant something to, like, two people reading this.)
I have a big interest in language and culture. My own genetics include Polish, German (Pennsylvania Dutch), French, Irish, Dutch, British, Welsh, Finnish, and Native American (Cherokee). English is my first language, I know Japanese and Chinese at semi-fluent levels in both reading and speaking, and I have begun to teach myself both the written and spoken system of Cherokee.
One of my favorite time-wasters is video games. I've played quite a few, but my favorite series is Final Fantasy and Silent Hill, with Zelda in a short second. My favorite Final Fantasy is Final Fantasy X, my favorite Silent Hill is number 2, and my favorite Zelda is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Another hobby of mine is music. I play piano, Bb Clarinet, Eb Soprano Clarinet, and French Horn and enjoy each of them. I'm currently perfecting "1000 Words" from Final Fantasy X-2. On my to-learn list is Memories and Waves of Light from Final Fantasy X-2 and Aerith's Theme from Final Fantasy VII!
Another thing I enjoy doing is cosplay. Among the ones I've done are Sheik, Summoner Yuna, Sailor Jupiter, my character Enika, and my character Jakoku. My favorite among all of those is my Summoner Yuna. The two cosplays I really want to do are Lucy from Elfen Lied and Angela Orosco from Silent Hill 2.
