Episode 199: "Kibou no Hikari! Ginga wo Kaketa Saishuukessen" Summary Red butterflies flitter across the sky, and Princess Kakyuu is shown. She explains how the Sailor Wars have raged since the creation of the galaxy, and how Sailor Soldiers fought those who infringed on peace. A shadowed soldier is shown thrusting a sword into the ground. Princess Kakyuu tells us how the legendary strongest Sailor Soldier sealed Chaos away. A mysterious woman is then shown on a cliff, her hair waving in the wind. Sailor Galaxia is shown, and she says how the strongest Sailor Soldier sealed Chaos, but the Sailor Starlights don't know what she's talking about. The evil Sailor Galaxia then says that peace returned to the galaxy, but the strongest soldier soon realized that future of the galaxy should be reshaped, and reveals herself to be that legendary strongest Sailor Soldier. The Sailor Starlights cannot believe the Light of Hope they had been searching for was Sailor Galaxia. Sailor Moon asks if that was the only way to save the galaxy. She asks that if they had worked together, would there have been a better way? Sailor Galaxia laughs at this idea and sends a blast towards Sailor Moon. Sailor Star Fighter picks up Sailor Moon and leaps to dodge the blast. Sailor Galaxia then tells Sailor Moon that the Starlights had run from their home and asked if she could trust them. Sailor Star Fighter yells that she's wrong, but Sailor Galaxia declares that she's not and sends a series of blasts their way. A building is broken in half, and Sailor Chibi Chibi falls down, and Sailor Moon leaps off after her, and the Starlights after Sailor Moon. Sailor Galaxia asks where the Starlights will run to next, and the Starlights declare they won't run anymore and declare that on behalf of their homeworld, princess, and the people who had died they would fight. Sailor Galaxia laughed at them and asked what losers who abandoned their homeworld could do. The Sailor Starlights attacked Sailor Galaxia with their powers. At first Sailor Galaxia could hold them off, but soon the Sailor Starlights overpowered her. The shadowed woman on the cliff is shown once again. Sailor Galaxia falls to the ground, some blood dripping off her arm. The Sailor Starlights are proud of their accomplishment, but Sailor Galaxia is extremely angry and declares that the sin for hurting her is death. She blasts the Sailor Starlights, and they fall to the ground. Sailor Star Fighter is ready to attack again, but Sailor Galaxia steps on her hand with the heel of her boot and asks if she's had enough. Sailor Moon then stand between Sailor Star Fighter and Sailor Galaxia and says she doesn't want to see any more suffering. If she and Sailor Galaxia are the same Sailor Soldiers, she reasons, they can understand each other. The woman on the cliff is shown, her hair still waving in the wind. Sailor Galaxia responds by slapping Sailor Moon. Sailor Galaxia declares that she will build a new future, and Sailor Moon tells her that Sailor Galaxia wasn't the one who wanted that, and said she'd turn Sailor Galaxia back. It seems sucessful, but Sailor Galaxia jumps up soon and slashes the Eternal Tier in half. Sailor Galaxia sends a blast Sailor Moon's way, but Sailor Star Fighter takes the blast and declares that she will protect Sailor Moon's shine with her life. Sailor Galaxia laughs at this and sends a blast Sailor Moon's way, but the Sailor Starlights take the attack. When Sailor Galaxia asks if everyone wanted to die, Sailor Star Healer told Sailor Galaxia that she'd never understand, a girl with a warm light wasn't supposed to dissapear. Sailor Star Maker then said that she didn't want to see a world where the Light of Hope had gone out. Sailor Star Fighter then tells Sailor Moon that she liked her shine to the very end, and could leave her their hopes. The Sailor Starlights then stand up, and Sailor Star Fighter declares that the three sky-racing shooting stars would burn out, and they would show Sailor Galaxia their last sparkle. Sailor Galaxia then responds she would return that sparkle to pitch darkness. The Sailor Starlights rush towards Sailor Galaxia, then turn into shooting stars and dissapear, and Sailor Moon screams. The Sailor Starlights then fall back towards the earth harshly and slam into various structures, then an explosion occurs. Sailor Moon has tears streaming down her face, and Sailor Chibi Chibi has tears in her eyes as well. The woman on the clif is shown briefly. Sailor Galaxia heads towards Sailor Star Fighter with her sword, but Sailor Moon jumps in front and activates the Silver Crystal. Sailor Galaxia comments how it's the brightest Star Seed in the galaxy, and blasts Sailor Moon, breaking her brooch and releasing the Silver Crystal. Sailor Galaxia steals the Silver Crystal, greatly saddening and frusturating the Sailor Starlights. Soon though, red butterflies flutter around the Sailor Starlights. The voice of Princess Kakyuu can be heard, telling the Sailor Starlights to believe. The woman is shown on the cliff again in a close-up, her hair still covering her eyes. Sailor Galaxia declares the galaxy belongs to her, and we are shown a flashback. Sailor Galaxia is on a cliff somewhere in the galaxy, her sword in the ground. Her body is slowly being taken over by Chaos, and she realizes then. She then asks who could protect the galaxy but her, and stands up, hundreds of yellow flowers forming around her feet. She relases her Star Seed into a distant galaxy, telling it to find someone who would embrace it warmly. The flashback ends as Sailor Galaxia declares that the power will end without awakening, and tells the Sailor Starlights that she will take their shine. One more red butterfly appears, then dissapears. Sailor Star Fighter asks for the Princess's last power, and Sailor Galaxia prepares to attack. Sailor Chibi Chibi is praying, then a tear falls to the ground and power starts from emit to that spot as pink waves of energy, and Sailor Galaxia seems to recognize the light. The Silver Crystal also returns to Usagi's body, and Sailor Galaxia says in a subdued tone that this is the only light that can challenge her. Sailor Galaxia recognizes this as the light she sent out to the far end of the galaxy. Sailor Moon also recognizes this as the Light of Hope. The grey earth is shown from space, but a soft pink light starts to cover it, and this is where the episode ends.
